This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) governs the relationship between the User and the Site Administration (hereinafter - the Administration) regarding the use of the DEV_CORE website.
Using the Site implies the User's full and unconditional consent to this Agreement. If you disagree with this Agreement, you must stop using the Site.
We use forms on the website to process your request.
The User has the right to access the information provided on the Site and to use the Site to familiarize themselves with services and submit applications.
The User agrees not to take any actions that might be considered as violating the normal operation of the Site, to provide accurate information when submitting applications, and to comply with the current laws when using the Site.
The Administration has the right to change the rules of using the Site and its content, and to restrict User access in case of violating the Agreement.
All objects available through the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, software, databases, and other items, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration and other rights holders.
Using the content is only possible within the framework provided by the Site. Nothing from the site may be used in any other way without prior permission from the rights holder.
The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for unauthorized access to User communications.
The Site may contain links to other websites. The Administration is not responsible for the availability or content of such sites.
In case of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) must be submitted before going to court.
The Administration has the right to make changes to this User Agreement without User consent. The new Agreement comes into force upon its publication on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
